Loft conversion
We were very pleased with our experience with Sussex Lofts. Leigh was fantastic throughout and was easy to contact if and when needed. Our builder was Timmy, very nice man, who could not do enough for us. He had some great ideas on the building of the loft conversion. We had two rooms put on and one with a shower room. The workmanship was at the highest quality and no expense spared on building materials. Timmy said that he was going to build the best loft conversion in the road and I do believe he did. All of Leigh’s guys, plumber, electricians, plasterers were all great guys, polite, friendly, trustworthy and all did a very good job. As I said before we were very pleased with our loft conversion and would highly recommend Leigh.
Loft conversion and first floor reconfiguration
We had our loft converted into a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom by Leigh and the team at Sussex Lofts. They also removed a wall in between two bedrooms on the first floor and reconfigured the original bathroom and made it all decoration ready for us.
Leigh took over from the previous owners just before the work commenced and reassured us from the get go! In our first meeting with him he was incredibly helpful and left us feeling like we were in safe hands….and we were!
They started the job mid September 2022 and were out as promised by Christmas!
All of Leigh’s team were polite, hard working and very good at what they do. We didn’t have any serious issues during the build, but when there was a problem it was resolved quickly. Best of all it came in on budget! We lived in the house during the work and they did everything they could to make it as un-disruptive as possible. As for Leigh, he was a great project manager and was often on site. Considering how busy he was he always got back to us when we had questions and kept us in the loop throughout the project. We are absolutely delighted with the final result, giving us all a bit more space in the house. We did the decorating ourselves and just need to finish painting all the skirtings, the new staircase and doors! Then we’re done!

Loft conversion
Leigh and the team did a fantastic job converting our loft into a beautiful master bedroom and en-suite. The whole team were friendly and professional and we’ve had numerous comments on the high quality of the finish. Despite a bit of a delay in the first few weeks, the whole thing was done in around 9 weeks, and any little niggles we had both during and after the work were resolved by Leigh without any fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sussex Lofts.

Loft conversion for bedroom
Sussex Lofts recently converted our loft into a bedroom for our daughter. Leigh and his team were professional and respectful and managed the works considerately whilst we were continuing with daily life with a family of 5. The build took approximately 12 weeks which went very quickly.
We had many quotes but Sussex Lofts were very competitive without compromising quality. Leigh was also accommodating with last minute changes too
