At the start of your project, we will send a surveyor to assess your property; our RIBA qualified architects will then draw up a set of plans in direct consultation with you. Once you are completely happy with your plans, we will complete your structural calculations and send your plans to the council if necessary – making everything as streamlined as possible for you.
